About The Position

AO is seeking motivated, growth-minded professionals to join our expanding virtual team as Remote Career Growth Consultants. In this role, you'll work with individuals and families who have requested information about available benefits, helping them understand their options, identify their needs, and make informed financial protection decisions. This opportunity combines client service, relationship building, benefits education, consultative insurance sales, and leadership development in a fully remote environment. Comprehensive training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing professional development are provided. As a Remote Career Growth Consultant, you'll begin by learning how to provide an exceptional client experience while developing valuable communication, business, and relationship-management skills. You'll meet virtually with clients, learn about their needs, explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options, and assist eligible clients through the enrollment process. As you demonstrate consistency and strong performance, you'll have opportunities to develop additional skills in mentorship, coaching, team development, and leadership. Our approach is centered on education, relationships, service, and trust—not high-pressure sales tactics.
