Requirements

Proven professional experience in a coaching, counselling, or similar employee support role.
A recognised qualification or certification in coaching, counselling, psychology, or a related field.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust in a virtual environment.
A strong understanding of confidentiality and professional ethics.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
High level of proficiency with virtual communication tools such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgemental approach.

Responsibilities

Provide confidential, one-to-one virtual coaching sessions to employees on a range of topics including stress management, work-life balance, and resilience.
Develop personalised well-being plans and strategies to empower employees to achieve their goals.
Organise and facilitate engaging virtual workshops and group sessions on relevant wellness topics.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of coaching interactions in line with company policies and professional ethical standards.
Collaborate with the Human Resources and Occupational Health departments to support wider organisational wellness initiatives.
Act as an advocate for mental health and well-being, helping to foster a positive and supportive company culture.
Stay current with best practices in coaching and employee support to ensure the delivery of a high-quality service.
