The US Oncology Network is looking for a Remote Business Analyst to join our Transformation Office Team at Texas Oncology. This position will be primarly located in Dallas, Texas, but will support all of Texas Oncology. Some travel may be necessary for training and team meetings. What does this position do? Under general supervision, the Business Analyst is a critical member of the Transformation Office (TO), a centralized function dedicated to driving enterprise-wide change and delivering measurable value across Texas Oncology. Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, the Business Analyst partners with the Business Architect and cross-functional teams to ensure digital health initiatives are aligned with organizational goals, enable resilient and agile operations, and support continuous transformation. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include Code of Ethics and Business Standards, and US Oncology's Shared Values.
