About The Position

The Transformation Office Analyst serves as the operational backbone and project management partner to the Director of Transformation during a critical transition period as PetSafe Brands moves from consultant-led to internally-owned transformation management. This 12-18 month contract role will establish sustainable processes and help to build the governance infrastructure that enables transformation success. Working in partnership with a dedicated Finance resource who handles strategic financial analysis, this role focuses on driving execution rigor, managing the transformation cadence, and getting Initiative Owners and Workstream Leaders back on track after consultant transition. The ideal candidate combines strong project management capabilities with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to rapidly build credibility with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Operations or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management or business operations
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Passion for/attention to detail
  • Pragmatic problem-solver (80/20)
  • Ability to work effectively in a high pace environment
  • Ability to communicate well with roles of all levels
  • Self-starter mentality – able to hit the ground running with minimal onboarding, preferred
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Responsibilities

  • Transformation Governance & Execution Management
  • Own the weekly transformation meeting cadence ensuring consistent rhythm, preparation, and follow-through
  • Build and document meeting frameworks, agendas, and governance rhythms that can be sustained beyond contract term
  • Monitor initiative milestones and deliverables, proactively flagging delays and working with Initiative Owners to get back on track
  • Identify cross-initiative dependencies, resource conflicts, and process bottlenecks requiring TO intervention
  • Re-engage disengaged Initiative Owners and Workstream Leaders through consistent, supportive follow-up and accountability
  • Establish clear escalation paths and decision-making protocols to replace consultant-led processes
  • Wave Platform Management & Data Integrity
  • Serve as single point of contact (SPOC) for all Wave-related questions, requests, and troubleshooting across the organization
  • Manage Wave user platform including user access, permissions, and initiative reassignments as organizational changes occur
  • Audit Wave data integrity weekly and proactively address gaps, inconsistencies, or incomplete updates
  • Stay current on Wave features and identify opportunities to leverage platform capabilities for improved transformation tracking
  • Create simplified data entry processes and templates that make compliance easier for busy Initiative Owners
  • Process Framework Development & Documentation
  • Design and implement standardized transformation processes including initiative intake, status reporting, issue escalation, and decision-making
  • Create templates, checklists, and job aids that make transformation participation easier and more consistent
  • Create visual process maps and one-pagers that help stakeholders understand "how transformation works here"
  • Identify and eliminate unnecessary complexity
  • Transformation Communications & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Draft and finalize operational Transformation communications including action item reminders, deadline alerts, and Wave update requests
  • Produce content for weekly Workstream Leader calls and biweekly tactical communications to Initiative Owners
  • Create communication templates and calendars for consistency and predictability
  • Build rapport with Initiative Owners through helpful, responsive, judgment-free support
  • Monitor upcoming deadlines and proactively alert stakeholders to potential delays with solutions-oriented approach
