We are seeking a Business Transformation Analyst to provide comprehensive process development support to a Business Transformation Team, focusing on gathering and documenting detailed process data, analyzing process requirements, and identifying inefficiencies or areas for enhancement. The candidate will work in a fast paced and ever changing environment helping create supporting documentation including policies and Standard operating procedures (SOPs) in support of process flow diagrams and propose optimized solutions aligned with organizational goals. Additionally, the position supports identifying and implementing potential improvements to streamline operations, reduce redundancies, and enhance overall efficiency. In parallel, the role includes meeting management assistance, ensuring the seamless planning, scheduling, and execution of team meetings and collaborative sessions. Responsibilities encompass preparing meeting materials such as agendas, reports, and presentations, recording action items, and facilitating follow-ups to ensure timely completion of tasks. This role also requires providing technical and logistical support for in-person and virtual meetings, leveraging tools like Microsoft Teams, Azure DevOps, and other collaboration platforms.

Requirements

  • BS or BA degree
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience with process development/improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft SharePoint
  • Experience with Power BI or other process improvement software tools.
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
