Manager, Business Transformation
About The Position
As a Business Transformation Manager, you will be the key leader driving significant change and improvement across our business operations, bridging the gap between strategic vision and operational excellence. You will partner directly with clients to diagnose complex business challenges, design innovative solutions, and redefine how work gets done. Your role is centered on driving and accelerating tangible, measurable impact—specifically targeting significant gains in process efficiency, product quality, and customer experience while delivering substantial cost savings. This role requires a take charge leader to accelerate significant business and cost improvements. Experience in large, complex companies and healthcare industry is preferred. Strong consultation and collaboration skills are required. This is a Hybrid scheduled (3 Days Onsite, 2 days work from Home) position at Lenexa.
