Remote Bi-Lingual Spanish Medical Scheduler
About The Position
As a Remote Bilingual Medical Scheduler (English & Spanish), you'll be the first point of contact for patients scheduling important imaging appointments. You will schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments for both Spanish & English speaking patients, provide friendly and professional customer service, and support patient care across our network of imaging centers. This role offers a $18.00 hourly rate, PLUS monthly incentive/bonus opportunity, full benefits, free imaging services for you and your immediate family, and room to grow your career in a stable, supportive environment. While the role is primarily remote, you must be able to train onsite and reside within 50 miles of the Fort Myers, Florida office.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in both English & Spanish
- Strong basic computer and data entry skills
- A customer-first attitude and attention to detail
- Must be able to train at 3660 Broadway, Fort Myers, Florida 33901
- Reside within 50 miles of our office
- An ability to work onsite when needed
