About The Position

The Remote Banking Specialist plays a key role in driving revenue growth and enhancing client engagement through the bank's suite of digital and remote banking solutions. This position is responsible for promoting treasury and cash management services, overseeing client onboarding and training, and ensuring ongoing support and satisfaction for business banking clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
  • 2+ years in a relationship building role.
  • Business to Business sales experience required.
  • Motivated self-starter.
  • Successfully operate in a "team" atmosphere building upon and leveraging strong internal and external network.
  • Ability to succeed in a fast paced, demanding sales culture with measured routines and goals aimed at new deposit and loan generation, cross sales, customer service and satisfaction.
  • Ability to understand core business products and services.
  • Proven track record of sales and outside calling skills.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop strong customer and colleague relationships.

  • Certifications are often desired.
  • Proficiency with portfolio/account management preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Sell and Cross-sell related products and services to achieve sales and revenue goals.
  • Manage and actively work referrals from bank partners.
  • Demonstrate and teach new users how to use our Cash Management Products.
  • Take ownership of customer situations, resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot technical and service issues.
  • Conduct extensive Pre-Call Planning and preparation by leveraging sales tools and resources.
  • Proactively make out bound Presentation Sales Calls to recommend appropriate business solutions.
  • Consult with a wide range of partners to help meet the business and personal financial needs of our customers and prospects.
  • Make product recommendations and lead all prospective and active deals while being the primary contact and liaison between the customers and partners.
  • Partner with implementation teams to roll out initiatives flawlessly for customers and colleagues.
  • Work with bank business partners and enrolled customers on troubleshooting and ongoing product/service maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Understand complex processes and systems in-depth for those transactions/experiences for which you are responsible.
  • Complete administrative tasks including daily sales system entries and all applicable paperwork.
  • Adhere to compliance requirements.
