Responsibilities
- Contact potential patients and clients via phone, email, and chat
- Introduce ADF Medical services and schedule consultations or appointments
- Follow up with leads who have expressed interest
- Maintain and update appointment schedules in our system
- Meet daily and weekly appointment setting targets
- Deliver a warm, professional, and helpful experience on every interaction
- Report daily activity and results to the team leader
