Requirements

BCBA or BCaBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Virginia licensure through the Board of Medicine (or ability to obtain licensure)
Passion for ethical, compassionate, and family-centered ABA services
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs.
Conduct assessments, reassessments, and treatment planning.
Provide supervision, support, and mentorship to ABA staff.
Partner with caregivers and stakeholders through training and education.
Collaborate with fellow clinicians during monthly ABA team meetings and case consultations.
Maintain clinical documentation and treatment plan updates.
Review and approve behavior technician session notes.
Participate in the continued growth and development of our ABA program.
