This role involves a variety of tasks including bathroom remodeling, deck repairs, drywall installation and finishing, interior and exterior carpentry, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, tile installation, painting, moderate residential plumbing, moderate residential electrical work, and general home maintenance and repair. The company emphasizes high-quality workmanship and excellent communication, with efficient scheduling to allow technicians to focus on producing great work.
Requirements
- 10+ years of residential remodeling or handyman experience
- Ability to work independently and maintain high quality standards
- Experience with bathroom remodeling
- Experience with deck construction or restoration
- Experience with drywall repair and finishing
- Experience with finish carpentry
- Experience with basic plumbing
- Experience with basic electrical
- Experience with problem-solving and diagnosing residential repair issues
- Dependable and professional demeanor
- Excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable explaining repairs and solutions to homeowners
- Possession of own professional hand tools
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Bathroom remodeling and renovations
