Requirements

• 5+ years of carpentry experience in remodeling or residential construction
• Ability to read plans
• Confidently use tools
• Build with precision

Responsibilities

• Frame, install, and finish kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and additions
• Collaborate with team members to meet timelines and uphold high standards
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve with creativity and efficiency
• Mentor junior carpenters and model professionalism
• Maintain safe, organized, and efficient job sites
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with both clients and coworkers
