This role is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in shopping the store, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include truck unloading, merchandise stocking, maintaining store recovery standards, and assisting with Omni channel processes. The position also involves participating in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, performing merchandise recovery and maintenance, and supporting shrink and safety programs. Team members are expected to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, interact positively with others, and promote the organization's vision and values. This role may also involve cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production.
