Remodel Hosts actively guide customers around the store for areas that have been relocated or are currently being relocated. What you'll do... 1. Provide excellent customer service by openly approaching customers and advising them of ongoing changes in the store. 2. Support the ongoing remodel activities by providing customers with guidance to find items that have been moved to a new location in the store. 3. Support the ongoing remodel activities by being aware of which areas are under construction, and speaking knowledgably with customers about the ongoing changes. 4. Maintains up to date knowledge about Company policies, guidelines and processes regarding the handling of damaged and recalled merchandises and ensures all New Store Programs and systems are implemented and followed on a continuous basis. 5. Assist with returning non-purchased items from the courtesy desk back to their assigned departments
