Remodel Hosts actively guide customers around the store for areas that have been relocated or are currently being relocated. This role involves providing excellent customer service by openly approaching customers and advising them of ongoing changes in the store. Support the ongoing remodel activities by providing customers with guidance to find items that have been moved to a new location in the store. Additionally, hosts must be aware of which areas are under construction and speak knowledgeably with customers about the ongoing changes. The role also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge about Company policies, guidelines, and processes regarding the handling of damaged and recalled merchandise, ensuring all New Store Programs and systems are implemented and followed continuously. Assistance with returning non-purchased items from the courtesy desk back to their assigned departments is also a responsibility.
