About The Position
Signature Retail Services is seeking motivated, hands-on individuals to join our Travel Remodel Team supporting major store remodel projects for nationally recognized home improvement retailers including Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Ace Hardware. This full-time role offers the opportunity to travel weekly while working on large-scale retail transformations across your region. Every project is a new journey- from fixture installation and remodel merchandising to full store resets, no two projects are ever the same! Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and proof of active auto insurance
- Ability to travel weekly throughout your assigned region and surrounding states (home most weekends)
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to safely operate hand and power tools, including drills, screwdrivers, tape measures, etc.
- Positive work ethic- reliable, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a team setting or working independently
- Comfortable using a smartphone for communication, scheduling, and in-store reporting
- Regular lifting, moving, and handling of products, fixtures, and materials up to 50+ lbs.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced remodel environments with overnight project schedules
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in fixture installation, large-scale remodel merchandising, or retail construction is a big plus!
- Forklift or OSHA certification is a plus, but not required- training provided
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team to execute large-scale store remodels, resets, and fixture installations for major home improvement retailers
- Install, relocate, adjust, and dismantle steel fixtures, shelving, pallet racking, and displays
- Support demolition, department rebuilds, merchandising, and new store set-ups
- Set and organize products, signage, and displays according to planograms and company standards
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, forklifts, and scissor lifts (training provided)
- Work closely with a team to complete projects on schedule and meet quality expectations
- Communicate professionally with store leadership, teammates, and supervisors throughout projects
- Handle products, fixtures, tools, and equipment with care while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Actively maintain a "Safety- first" mindset on every project
