Remodel Crew Lead
About The Position
SPAR Marketing Force is growing its retail remodel team and is hiring experienced Crew Leads who are hardworking, reliable, and ready to take on a leadership role. As part of the SPAR team, you’ll travel to retail locations to lead remodels, resets, and new store launches inside major retail chains. This role is perfect for individuals with solid retail, merchandising, or construction experience who are comfortable navigating fast-paced environments and organizing teams to get projects completed successfully. It's a hands-on role that keeps you moving, offers travel opportunities, and provides visible results.
Requirements
- Planogram and fixture installation expertise
- Experience leading crews and coordinating projects (blueprint reading is a plus)
- 3+ years of retail, merchandising, or related experience
- Clear, confident communication skills—you’ll work directly with clients and our internal team
- Willingness to travel with flexibility across locations
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Comfort using technology, including Microsoft Office and Smartsheet
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and confidence using them
Responsibilities
- Lead retail remodels, resets, and store setups from start to finish
- Coordinate crews and keep projects running smoothly and on schedule
- Track project updates and progress using online tools like Smartsheet
