About The Position

Responsible for performing several functions necessary to process lockbox transactions received from Post Office and other locations in a high production and deadline driven environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Excellent 10-Key (touch) skills
• Requires valid driver’s license with exemplary driving record
• Excellent attention to detail
• Sustained concentration ability

Responsibilities

• Picks up mail from local Post Office(s) as required
• Sorts and prepares envelopes for capture processing on Opex mail opening equipment
• Key enters transaction amounts and other information not ready by CAR/OCR systems
• Reconciles transaction outages using Mavro Remittance Processing Software
• Prepares daily operational reports
• Prepares daily USPS shipments to clients
