About The Position
The Reminiscence Coordinator leads the memory care neighborhood, ensuring residents living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia receive compassionate, individualized care and meaningful engagement. This role champions Sunrise’s Resident-Centered Care model while supporting families and developing a strong, well-trained team.

Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of the reminiscence neighborhood in compliance with regulations and Sunrise standards
- Champion the designated care manager model and Life Skills programming
- Develop and facilitate dementia-appropriate activities that create purposeful, pleasant days
- Partner with clinical leadership to ensure ISPs, safety, hydration and care needs are met
- Support families through meetings, education and monthly support groups
- Monitor quality indicators including weight management, behaviors and medication oversight
- Manage staffing, scheduling, training and performance management
- Oversee department budget and financial performance
- Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management standards
