We’re Looking For: A Remarketing Coordinator with experience in executing core workflows, managing operational timelines, and ensuring system data accuracy. You will be part of a LaneLink Operations team responsible for supporting the vehicle transport and auction lifecycle. You will be involved in monitoring system queues, validating milestone completion, and coordinating with clients and vendors. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience in strong organizational skills, detail-oriented process work, and clear communication. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, recovery, collections, auction operations, or customer service. You Are: Detail-oriented. You are responsible for ensuring data accuracy across internal systems and partner platforms, managing repetitive process work with high precision. Accountable/Responsive. You will demonstrate responsiveness and urgency in issue resolution, proactively identifying and troubleshooting delays or breakdowns in the remarketing process.
