In this role, you will drive the successful execution of strategic transformation across Operations by embedding change management into how the business operates. As a member of the Operations Senior Leadership Team, this role ensures leaders and teams are prepared to adopt and sustain changes related to digitization, client-centric delivery models, and emerging technologies. This results in improved performance, scalability, and client experience.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in operations, transformation, or change leadership roles
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale operational or digital transformation initiatives
- Experience operating within complex, cross-functional environments
- Strong understanding of operational processes, client delivery models, and technology enablement
- Experience influencing senior leadership and driving enterprise-wide change
Nice To Haves
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Change management certification preferred
- Experience working with AI and digital transformation tools
- Proven ability to lead through influence without direct authority
- Experience building or scaling change management functions
- Location: US Remote (preference for TN, NC, GA, AL, or MS)
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the operational change management strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and measurable outcomes across Operations
- Partner with Operations leaders to embed change into business plans, including assessing impact, readiness, and adoption across functions
- Lead cross-functional alignment with HR, IT, Product, and Commercial to ensure coordinated delivery of transformation initiatives
- Establish and operationalize enterprise change standards, governance, and tools to drive consistency, accountability, and scalability
- Track, measure, and report on adoption, performance, and business impact of change initiatives, driving continuous improvement
- Act as a core member of the Operations Senior Leadership Team with strong influence across Operations and key enterprise partners
- Drive alignment and accountability across multiple operational functions and sites
- Support the evolution of a change management function, including potential team leadership
