Triad Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services and solutions, serving clients nationwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Remarketing Assistant to join our growing team.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Nice To Haves

• MSP experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist the Remarketing Manager with tasks associated with the management and sale of company owned real estate and chattel (manufactured home) assets from securing through liquidation and accounting of the loss.
• Assist with compilation and distribution of information regarding repossessions through incur, sale and post-sale processes.
• Process for payment and appropriately assess vendor invoices to customer accounts in the repossession management system in a timely manner.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
