About The Position

The Remarketing Analyst plays a key role in evaluating lead generation, prospect engagement, and sales performance to drive business growth. This position is responsible for delivering in-depth reporting, analytics, and actionable insights that support data-driven decision making, optimize lead generation strategies, and provide the team with the tools needed to achieve business objectives. The starting salary for this role is $60K; commensurate with experience.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience managing and analyzing data to provide insights, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field.
Demonstrated understanding of lead generation, sales performance, and customer acquisition metrics.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Ability to collaborate effectively with third-party vendors, suppliers, and business partners to achieve desired outcomes.
Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience analyzing key performance metrics related to digital marketing, lead generation, and sales.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to respond effectively to urgent or last-minute requests.
Strong sense of accountability, ownership, and follow-through.
Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Generate consistent daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to assist the Operations, Marketing, and Finance departments in making key decisions to boost sales and efficiencies.
Automate and maintain reporting current and new structure
Collaborate with Project Managers and relevant parties responsible for retail expansion to guarantee notable and accurate online presence for all new locations.
Evaluate changes in leads and sales as well as implement new ideas or solutions to increase growth
Communicate with the Ecommerce Manager to monitor advertising spend against the assigned per vehicle cost.
Manage the Used Vehicle Listings (CarGurus, Autotrader, Cars.com, etc.) day to day partnerships and efficiencies and analyze then implement new product offerings with positive ROI.
Identify and examine geographic regional trends to support in remarketing initiatives.
Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards that support business performance tracking and decision-making.
