Arboreal Management is seeking a Relocation Case Manager to support residents through a major renovation at a HUD-assisted apartment community in Seattle. This is a temporary, full-time, on-site position expected to last approximately 12 months, with the potential to become permanent. The role involves serving as the primary point of contact for approximately 62 households during the renovation process, helping residents navigate temporary relocation logistics, coordinating accommodations and resources, answering questions, solving problems, and providing consistent communication throughout the project. The work will have a direct and visible impact on residents’ day-to-day lives. The ideal candidate is organized, empathetic, calm under pressure, and comfortable working directly with people during moments of uncertainty and disruption.
