This role involves supervising employees in the daily production of corrugated board. Key responsibilities include training, planning, assigning and directing work, evaluating employee performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, promoting safety, quality production and teamwork, and resolving conflicts. The supervisor will lead and motivate employees by setting an example of superior behavior, attitude, and performance to work efficiently and effectively, while ensuring a safe work environment and a quality product. Effective communication of operational information in both oral and written format at all levels is essential. The role also requires actively promoting and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and other organizational programs and initiatives. Additionally, the supervisor will perform training on specific subjects such as safety, machine set up, QMS, machine operation, and PIT operation, and complete related training documentation. Other duties may be assigned.
