Requirements
- Take pride in cleaning and providing a safe environment.
- Have an eye for detail.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Respond well to change.
- Can lift objects up to fifty (50) pounds without assistance.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience as a porter in a luxury hotel or residential environment is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning common areas.
- Taking out trash and recycling.
- Inspecting furniture, décor, and other fixtures for any needed repairs or deep cleaning.
- Bringing any safety, physical appearance, or maintenance issues to a managers attention.
- Making sure there are adequate cleaning and repair supplies.
- Helping residents with deliveries (such as groceries, newspapers, dry cleaning, packages, etc.).
- Working the service elevator.
- Assisting with emergency response service (such as sidewalk snow removal)
