About The Position

This position is responsible for operating machinery to ensure the continuous flow of product through the production process and ensuring proper ingredients/supplies are being used on the line. Responsible for monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed and notifying the supervisor if machines require maintenance, while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Candidates must complete their 90-day probationary period to be eligible. Any suspension in the previous 12 months will not be considered. The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only. Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner.

Requirements

Must have three (3) points or fewer and maintain three (3) points or fewer to remain in their position.
Candidates must complete their 90-day probationary period to be eligible.
