About The Position

This role provides day-off relief for all operators, requiring the ability to perform all packaging jobs, including ESL and aseptic processing and batching. The employee must be forklift certified and accurately record all information on company documents related to their assignments. Maintaining optimum daily productivity is essential. Hours and days off will vary based on the assignment, and the employee must be available to work any day of the week and any of the three shifts. Relief assignments will be determined by scheduling needs, and management will schedule the relief employee during open weeks. The role also includes performing other duties as designated by a supervisor and/or manager.

Requirements

• Must be forklift certified.
• Manufacturing experience 1+ years is a must.
• Able to follow directions and carry out instructions.
• Able to effectively work in a team environment.
• Able to legibly write entries for record keeping.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Preferred batching and processing experience.
• Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment.
