About The Position
Holy Angels is seeking a Relief Direct Support Professional for the 3rd Shift to start ASAP. This is a part-time position with a 16-hour bi-weekly schedule, including every other weekend, working the 3rd Shift from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Holy Angels is an organization that provides room for growth and has a meaningful mission, aiming to make a difference in the lives of people who cannot care for themselves. Requirements
- HS/GED
- Minimum age 21
- Experience using a computer

- Experience working with individuals with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities
- CNA I
- College of Direct Support
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care activities for assigned residents, according to their individualized plan of care.
- Assisting with activities of daily living (bath time, meal time, etc.)
- Provide accurate documentation using a web-based record keeping system as required by Holy Angels policy and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Perform activities in the area of physical therapy and range of motion.
