Relief Cook – Part-Time | Healthcare Facility We are hiring a Relief Cook to join our dietary team at our Clifton campus ; 2120 Payne Street. Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Two to three years of experience in cooking in a long-term health care setting
• Food Handlers Certificate

Nice To Haves

• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items according to recipes and production sheets.
• Complete daily prep work and prepare items needed for the following day.
• Take and record food temperatures accurately.
• Manage time effectively to ensure meals are ready and served on schedule.
• Clean and sanitize all work areas.
• Stock and maintain kitchenettes on resident units.
• Take and record temperatures as required.
• Serve meals according to each resident’s diet plan.
• Buss and reset the dining room promptly.
• Assist with dishwashing and general cleaning tasks.
• Perform daily sanitation duties throughout the kitchen and service areas.
