BGC Jane and Finch Club is committed to providing children and youth with safe, inclusive, and engaging programs that inspire learning, leadership, healthy living, and positive relationships. Our After-School Program provides children ages 5–10 with a safe and welcoming environment where they can participate in recreation, sports, creative arts, literacy, homework support, leadership development, and healthy living activities. We are seeking enthusiastic, dependable, energetic, and caring individuals to join our team as Relief Children's Program Mentors for the 2026–2027 school year. The Relief Children's Program Mentor provides on-call coverage across multiple BGC Jane and Finch Club after-school program locations to ensure quality programming continues during planned and unplanned staff absences. Working under the direction of the Site Lead and Children's Program Coordinator, Relief Mentors assist with delivering engaging programming while maintaining a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all participants. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy variety, are flexible, and can confidently adapt to different program sites, age groups, and daily routines.
