Reliability Test Engineer
About The Position
TEKsystems is partnering with a client seeking a Reliability Test Engineer to support the development and qualification of advanced optical communication hardware. This highly hands-on role will focus on developing and executing environmental and reliability test plans, conducting failure analysis, and performing statistical reliability assessments to ensure products meet performance and lifetime requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience with environmental testing, reliability methodologies, root cause investigations, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams. Experience with accelerated life testing, HALT/HASS, vibration testing, thermal vacuum testing, and data analysis tools is highly desirable.
