Position Summary: The Reliability Technician supports the Reliability Engineering team in the execution of product qualification, environmental testing, reliability stress testing, sample preparation, inspection, data collection, and failure analysis activities for RF and microwave electronic components. This position is responsible for hands-on laboratory support, including preparing samples for testing, setting up and monitoring reliability tests, performing visual and electrical inspections, maintaining test records, and assisting engineers with investigations related to product performance, failure modes, and qualification results. This role requires the ability to follow procedures accurately, document work clearly, and communicate effectively with engineers, technicians, production, quality, external laboratories, and third-party reliability partners.
