Job Summary: Responsible for managing the site's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), preventive maintenance program, reliability initiatives, maintenance planning processes, work order execution strategies, and maintenance inventory planning to improve equipment reliability, safety, productivity, and cost performance. Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) programs. Work closely with the Corporate Continuous Reliability Improvement (CRI) Team to implement reliability initiatives, best practices, root cause corrective actions, and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

Minimum of 5-10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience managing and administering a CMMS system is required
Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling, preventive maintenance, and reliability best practices
Working knowledge of robotics, automated manufacturing systems, CNC equipment, PLC controls, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and industrial electrical systems
Experience supporting reliability and asset management initiatives

Nice To Haves

Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory, leadership, or maintenance management experience preferred
Project management experience is preferred
