POSITION SUMMARY: Reports to the Operations Support Services Sr. Director – leads the company's reliability strategy, programs, processes, tools and technical resources to maximize the safe, compliant, and cost-effective performance of our gathering, compression and plant assets. Through leadership of Reliability Engineers, Analysts, and Rotating Equipment Specialists, the role drives the collection and analysis of equipment and operational data, converts insights into actionable improvement opportunities, and works closely with Operations, Maintenance, Technical Services, and Capital Project organizations to influence the execution of sustainable reliability solutions. The position provides strategic ownership of the company's routine maintenance and asset management processes, ensuring effective preventive, predictive, and inspection-based maintenance programs are established, optimized, and executed to support long-term asset performance. The Reliability Director is accountable for improving asset availability, reducing unplanned downtime, strengthening mechanical integrity, advancing maintenance excellence, and fostering a reliability culture that delivers long-term business value. Success in this role is achieved through collaboration, technical leadership, and organizational influence, aligning teams around common reliability and asset performance objectives.
