The Reliability Engineer is responsible for developing and implementing asset reliability strategies that improve equipment performance, reduce unplanned downtime, and enhance overall manufacturing effectiveness. This role serves as a technical resource for maintenance and operations teams by utilizing reliability engineering principles, preventative and predictive maintenance technologies, data analysis, and structured problem-solving methodologies to identify and eliminate chronic equipment issues. The Reliability Engineer works closely with production, maintenance, engineering, and leadership teams to improve asset health, optimize maintenance practices, and support long-term business objectives.
