In this role, you will work with a group of reliability engineers to support new product development within our global organization. You will leverage your technical expertise to enhance reliability standards and drive product excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- A minimum of 3 years of prior engineering experience

- Practical to substantial knowledge of engineering systems, with the ability to implement standards and process improvements in daily work.
Responsibilities
- Lead and guide cross-functional teams through System and Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (S/DFMEA) processes.
- Apply advanced knowledge of S/DFMEA methodologies and utilize Relyence software to execute robust analyses.
- Effectively capture failure mode analysis and develop accurate, complete, and actionable mitigation strategies.
- Drive follow-up accountability, verification, validation, and timely closures of all documented action items.
