Requirements

  • Excellent communicator with solid organizational and analytical skills and a knack for problem-solving.
  • Mastery of the standard reliability engineer's toolbox (FMEA, RCFA, PME/PMO).
  • Strong interest in industrial maintenance.
  • Possess social intelligence and manage to integrate easily into a team.
  • Good dose of assertiveness and are a good communicator who shows diplomacy and is focused on specific goals.
  • Will to continue investing in learning and expanding your knowledge.

Nice To Haves

  • College Graduate preferred in technology or engineering field.
  • CMRP or CRE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate maintenance activities/processes and identify productivity losses at our clients' sites.
  • Define business cases to find pragmatic solutions to our clients' problems.
  • Plan and coordinate reliability engineering activities in our clients' facilities, including equipment needs analysis, reliability issues, and the development of preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
  • Analyze and implement improvement projects in production organizations to improve the reliability of their assets, reduce costs, and increase production capacity.
  • Evaluate the maturity level of the maintenance organization to identify and define a roadmap toward best practices.
  • Advise and coach maintenance managers, maintenance engineers, reliability engineers, and all other stakeholders in our clients' asset management process.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
