About The Position

Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services, with more than 3,500 patent families essential for 5G, a strong 5G portfolio, and a front‑runner position in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN). MN RF Verification is seeking a technical leader to drive reliability testing and qualification of cellular base stations, supporting the design and development of these systems by testing their long-term reliability. In this role, you will partner closely with R&D during new product development and continue to support products throughout their lifecycle, with a primary focus on unit- and module-level hardware reliability verification.

Requirements

• Technical leadership in reliability testing and qualification of cellular base stations.
• Experience supporting design and development of cellular base stations.
• Experience testing long-term reliability of hardware.
• Experience partnering with R&D during new product development.
• Experience supporting products throughout their lifecycle.
• Focus on unit- and module-level hardware reliability verification.
