About The Position

You will be the Reliability Engineer Staff - Level 4 for the Enterprise Aeronautics Facilities organization which is responsible for guiding long-term asset-management strategies and embedding reliability, supportability, and maintainability principles across the full life-cycle of critical aeronautics systems.

Requirements

Experience connecting machine platforms and capturing real-time data
Experience with standard IOT hardware & software configurations
Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Nice To Haves

Strategic data analytics aspects of machine reliability.
Proven experience with machine probability and statistical tools to analyze machine health.
Experience in change management and process improvement with the ability to drive results using Lean/Six Sigma principle

Responsibilities

Apply reliability-engineering principles to achieve optimal asset availability.
Identify surveillance, testability, and condition-monitoring methods (including RCM solutions) to protect mission-critical assets.
Govern and provide project-management support for facilities’ systems, processes, and tools.
Perform configuration-management tasks for IOT software/hardware and ensure Maximo and IT Service Central data remain synchronized.
Conduct audits and support risk-management activities for equipment spares, training/competency, and facilities documentation.
