Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate Engineering discipline with no experience required.
Working knowledge of MSOffice suite including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project
Knowledge and understanding of good engineering practices and principles.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Self-starter with solid integrity.
Understand the importance of safety, legality and quality.
Candidates may be required to pass a medical exam.
Candidates must pass all required training and/or testing.
Employees may be required to work a non-standard schedule, which may include shift work (other than day shift) at a 24/7, 365-day operation.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related Engineering Degree
Completion of Reliability Engineering courses
SMRP or CMRP Certification
Six Sigma experience or Certification
Machine Lubrication Technician I (MTLI) and or MLA

Responsibilities

Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures and assist in the identification and implementation of corrective actions or technologies.
Consider cost impact for recommended action plans for correcting downtime issues on installed equipment.
Ensure continuous production is uninterrupted by equipment failures.
Reports on Key Performance Indices.
Analyze current CMMS data for equipment health indicators and prepare reports.
Perform onsite evaluation of existing processes and equipment and make recommendations for improvement.
Perform other duties as required.
