Reliability Engineer - CBM/PDM, Global RME Central Condition Monitoring Programs

AmazonNashville, TN
$68,900 - $126,400Hybrid

About The Position

Amazon's Global Reliability Team is building the next generation of predictive maintenance technology for one of the world's largest fulfillment networks. As a Reliability Engineer, you will evaluate, deploy, and advance condition monitoring technologies that prevent equipment failures before they affect operations. You will work across vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound, oil analysis, and other detection methods; synthesizing data from CMMS and OEM platforms into findings that drive real maintenance decisions at scale. This role requires someone who can own complex technical projects end-to-end, communicate findings clearly to program leadership and field stakeholders, and deliver results with limited guidance in a fast-moving environment. You will lead condition monitoring technology deployments and evaluations across multiple sites, own corrective action documentation, partner directly with equipment manufacturers and field reliability stakeholders, and present recommendations to program leadership. You will deliver independently and grow into broader program ownership as you build depth across the condition monitoring technology portfolio.

  • Experience in reliability/maintenance environments
  • Knowledge of automated material handling systems, packaging technologies and storage solutions
