Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Master proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps
- Must be able to work Shift Time 3PM ET to 12AM ET
- High School Diploma or GED
Nice To Haves
- Master proficiency in Agile Measurement
- Master proficiency in Agile Planning and Scaled Agile Framework SAFe
Responsibilities
- Facilitating Agile Release Train events and processes including communicating with stakeholders escalating progress impediments managing risk and driving continuous improvement.
- Working closely with Product and Solution Management Product Owners and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
- Being a subject matter expert collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively take responsibility for team decisions engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Providing solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams is a critical part of this role.
- Drive the continuous improvement of Agile Release Train processes to enhance delivery efficiency and quality
- Coordinate cross team dependencies and facilitate resolution of impediments to maintain steady progress
- Support the development and alignment of program objectives with organizational goals through effective stakeholder engagement
- Leverage expertise to mentor and guide team members in Agile best practices and tools
- Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements for the release train
