About The Position

The Bancorp’s Fleet Management Services team is one of the few bank-owned direct fleet lessors in the U.S., serving both commercial and government customers. We offer end-to-end solutions for procurement, upfitting, financing, fleet management, and disposal. On this team, you’ll work alongside industry experts to provide bank-direct financing and help clients optimize their fleets, manage costs and drive efficiency. The Relationship Support Representative role provides documentation, reporting, and administrative support to the Vehicle Lease Division, including management and the vehicle leasing sales and operations teams. The role also delivers superior customer service to our vehicle fleet customers and vendors.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • 1 year of professional experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Demonstrating a high level of vehicle product understanding.
  • Automotive fleet leasing experience.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Team player, able to work effectively in a team fostered, multi-tasking environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize multiple competing tasks and demands.
  • Strong computer and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identifies support documents needed by each vehicle lease type, customer category, and ensures documentation is completed for each vehicle lease.
  • Verifies and ensures complete supporting documentation package is prepared prior to sending lease for funding or booking.
  • Enters vehicle lease documentation into the vehicle lease management system. Keeps abreast of system changes, escalations, and adjusts documentation and data entry processes accordingly.
  • Informs and escalates problems to management regarding incomplete or incorrect documentation to ensure documents follow all applicable rules and regulations. Notifies management of errors and delays in the delivery of vehicle lease documents for approval and funding to vendors.
  • Maintains awareness of updates and changes within the vehicle leasing documentation process. Develops and maintains open communication channels with inter-departmental leasing staff to keep abreast of changes.
  • Develops close working relationships with vehicle sales account representatives, lease operations team, and vehicle leasing finance manager to provide status and report updates on specific lease documentation and other related issues.
  • Completes all training in accordance with assigned daily tasks as well as quarterly compliance training courses.
  • Participates in regularly scheduled team meetings to review updates and changes to policies and procedures. Discusses any concerns or questions regarding funding, bookings and/or any function as it pertains to assigned tasks.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
