About The Position

Benchmark Community Bank is seeking to hire an outgoing and service-oriented Relationship Specialist for our branch in Kenbridge, Virginia. The Relationship Specialist leaves a lasting impression and assists our customers with a variety of financial transactions. Requirements

Excellent relationship building skills
Experience working with the public and handling money
Basic math and computer skills

Nice To Haves

3-5 years of previous banking experience preferred

Responsibilities

Greet customers cheerfully as they walk through the branch doors.
Act as the first point of contact for customers.
Efficiently process routine financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, checks, and loan payments.
Utilize product knowledge to recommend financial products and services to meet customer needs.
Take on all service opportunities, from easy to challenging.
Handle new account processing.
Update customer and account information.
Provide needs-based solutions for customers.
