Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrated customer service skills.
Demonstrated aptitude and desire for sales achievement and strong interpersonal skills in a team environment.
Basic math skills.
Excellent verbal communication (Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.)
Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products.

Responsibilities

Processing cash transactions
Opening deposit, savings and credit card accounts
Discussing loan and retirement products
Building meaningful relationships with our members to discover their needs and provide a superior level of customer service and expertise.
