Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Demonstrated aptitude and desire for sales achievement
• Strong interpersonal skills in a team environment
• Basic math skills
• Excellent verbal communication
• Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products

Responsibilities

• Processing cash transactions
• Opening deposit, savings and credit card accounts
• Discussing loan and retirement products
• Building meaningful relationships with members to discover their needs
• Providing a superior level of customer service and expertise
