Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated aptitude and desire for sales achievement and strong interpersonal skills in a team environment.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication (Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.)
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products.

Responsibilities

  • Processing cash transactions
  • Opening deposit, savings and credit card accounts
  • Discussing loan and retirement products
  • Building meaningful relationships with our members to discover their needs and provide a superior level of customer service and expertise.
