The Relationship Specialist I is responsible for providing exceptional member experiences in all interactions, both in-person and over the phone. This role involves identifying member cues, asking open-ended discovery questions, and fostering consumer and business relationships by understanding member needs and effectively presenting VyStar financial solutions. The specialist must articulate VyStar Credit Union’s value proposition against competitors and emphasize the importance of educating and proactively assisting members with their financial goals. This position requires flexibility to commute to various branches within the assigned Metro Orlando cluster, including Altamonte Springs, Winter Park, Oviedo, and Downtown Orlando. The role also involves supporting and participating in Credit Union initiatives, exercising sound judgment, and maintaining a high degree of integrity and professionalism. Employees are expected to proactively help identify, assess, manage, and report risks within their domain of work, maintaining vigilance in safeguarding operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory mandates.
