The Relationship Officer is responsible for assisting branch and regional management in meeting or exceeding small business/professional product sales goals to include retention, acquisition and cross- deposits, investments, cash management and loans, and fee income/referrals. Manage business depository and loan relationships. Increase the Bank's share of customer's total relationship through cross sales and working with customers to present solutions to short and long-term strategic objectives to meet their financial needs and goals. Regularly introduce customers to other areas of the Bank to service special needs. Monitor and enhance profitability of all Small Business relationships. Perform ongoing portfolio management and servicing.
